Tell Ten Colleagues About LawCare’s Free Support Services For World Mental Health Day 2022
October 10th marks World Mental Health Day 2022. The theme for this year (as set by the World Federation for Mental Health) is “Make mental health and wellbeing for all a global priority”.
With that in mind, our friends at the mental wellbeing charity LawCare have launched their Tell Ten campaign. The campaign encourages people to tell ten colleagues or friends in the legal profession about LawCare’s work. You never know when someone might need support, and it may be a timely reminder (or introduction) to their vital services.

SRA and SDT disciplinary decisions
- Tessa Moloney – fined £2,000 for repeated delay in following client’s instructions over the course of 13 years.
- The Owen Kenny Partnership Limited – fined £2,000 for failing to identify a conflict between the personal representative of an estate and the beneficiaries (the former was gifted a significant proportion of the estate’s value, to the detriment of the latter).
- Wendy Randall – strike off for falsely swearing a parental consent affidavit.
